1 Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to 444x. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the 444x platform. By registering or using the platform, you automatically enter into a legally binding agreement between yourself and 444x.

• "Wagering Requirement" — The required amount of bets that must be placed before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 444x's services, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions are essential to maintaining the quality and security of our platform.

Age Restriction

The minimum age to register on 444x is 18 years. Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. We may request a National ID or passport for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held pending until age verification is complete.

Geographic Restrictions

444x primarily operates for users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be eligible to register. Attempting to access the service from outside the designated geographic area may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

Your 444x account is entirely your own responsibility. It is your duty to keep your account secure.

Account Security Responsibility

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Be cautious when logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Always log out after you're done using your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify us immediately.

Update Account Information

If your phone number or email address changes, update your 444x account immediately. 444x is not liable for missed payments resulting from incorrect information. Identity verification is required for any changes to payment details.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may hold only one 444x account. If multiple accounts are found, bonuses will be forfeited and all accounts will be closed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

444x offers a simple, fast, and secure payment experience. All deposit and withdrawal rules are detailed below.

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawals are only available after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (up to BDT 500,000 with special approval).
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be temporarily placed on hold pending verification.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 444x and are mandatory for every user.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet — team, odds, and stake amount. 444x is not responsible for any incorrectly placed bets.

Cancelled & Postponed Matches

• If a match is fully cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• 444x reserves the right to make decisions if match results are affected by technical issues.

Odds Change

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply — even if the odds change afterwards. In live betting, odds shift in real time, so act quickly.

Maximum Winnings Cap

The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳1,000,000 (BDT ten lakh). This limit may vary for special events. 444x reserves the right to reduce maximum betting limits if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

444x regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳5,000). A 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

General Bonus Terms

• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.5.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• 444x reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 444x. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Use of hacking tools, bots, or automated software.
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to 444x's systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

10 Account Closure Policy

To close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Account Closure by 444x

444x may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification is not completed or incorrect information is provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

A maintenance fee of ৳100 will be deducted monthly from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.

How to Submit a Complaint

1. Chat with our support team directly via live chat.
2. Send a detailed complaint to us by email.
3. Save your complaint number — you'll need it for any follow-up.
4. Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.

If unresolved through support, the matter will be escalated to 444x's senior management. In all disputes, 444x's final decision shall be binding.

12 Terms Amendment Policy

444x reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you in the following ways:

• A notice will be sent to the registered email address.
• A banner or pop-up notice will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• The "Last Updated" date on this page will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of 444x after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance.
